The Pickelhaube, also called Pickelhelm, was a spiked helmet worn in the 19th and 20th centuries by German militaryfirefighters, and police. Although typically associated with the Prussian army, the helmet was widely imitated by other armies during this period.

This Replica Helmet was issued to the enlisted men of the Bavarian Infantry.

Expertly replicated from originals of the era, it features a polished black leather helmet body with a rounded visor. All the furniture is brass including the front plate displaying the arms of Bavaria. Adjustable leather liner. A black leather chinstrap with brass fittings completes the helmet.

Made by Windlass Steelcrafts.
