How can I view the status of my order?

Customers who placed their orders online can check the status of their orders by calling us toll-free at 1800-883-8838 or customer care number 770-922-6367. 
Monday-Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.

How long will it take to receive my order?

All in-stock items are normally shipped within 48 hours from the date of receipt of your order. Regular ground delivery takes 5-7 business days.

What if I do not have a credit card?

You can mail a check or a Money Order drawn in U.S. funds, with a list of item numbers and include the shipping and handling charges to P.O. Box 839, Conyers, GA 30012. Make checks payable to our parent company Atlanta Cutlery. Personal checks are verified with your bank for available funds and may be held for up to 14 days before shipping merchandise. We cannot accept two-party or counter checks. No Debit Cards, Cash, Stamps or CODs. 

Do you accept Paypal?

Sorry, at this time we do not accept Paypal on this site. However, if you call in your order we can process it via this pay method manually.

What is a backorder?

A backorder is an item that is not in stock at the time the order was placed. The item is usually shipped to you within 30 days. Backorders are not charged to your credit card until shipped, with the exception of prepaid orders (payment by check or Paypal) which will be held as credit balances until the item(s) ships from our warehouse.  Backorders are always shipped first, in the order they were received.  If you wish to cancel a backorder please call customer service at 770-922-6367 and have your order information ready.  Prepaid orders will then be refunded in the same manner the payment was originally made.

What is your return policy?

You can return anything unused within 30 days for a refund or exchange.  We're sorry, but after 30 days there is no further action that will be taken.

What are your shipping methods?

Shipping is through the U. S. Post Office (parcel post) or United Parcel Service (UPS).

The preferred way at this time is United Parcel Service since we are able to track the delivery of your order.

We are currently only shipping domestic U.S. orders. 

What are your shipping charges?

Regular ground shipping costs are based on order total and you have to update them at the end of your order. For expedited shipping options, these additional fees apply (does not include Saturday delivery).

  • Next Business Day is available for $25.00 extra per package
  • 2 Day Shipping is available for $15.00 extra per package
  • 3 Day Select is available for $8.00 extra per package
  • These fees exclude Alaska and Hawaii

Do you ship internationally?

Not at this time.  However, we do have a retail partner in India; they may be contacted for some items directly at  www.collectorsheritage.
