This ultra-suede Little Victorian Top Hat is embellished with a satin rose band and a black spider tulle. The tulle hangs down over the brim in a veiled fashion to provide an added splash of mystery and charm. An "invisible" elastic band fits behind the ears and under the hair for a good fit.
